Hi Everyone!
I feel like a broken record when I apologize for taking so long to post!
It's must easier to keep this site updated when I'm at school and stuck in front of my computer during the day - Now that it's summer time, I find that I want to stay away from the computer and enjoy the freedom of life without teaching!

Anyway, not many new developments in the life of this pregnant lady!
A few things to update you on though...
Since my last post, I went through the glucose test where they made me drink a yucky orange (FULL OF SUGAR) drink, then sit for an hour before having my blood tested to see how it reacts to sugar and changes it to energy in my blood. Turns out - I failed! Yep...failed! My levels came back a little high, so I had to fast and then go back and do the same thing over the course of a 3 hour test... Not fun... But I haven't heard anything back from that test, which leads me to believe that all is well in the sugar department!
Also in baby news -
The Baby Boom of 2008 continues as baby Noerr finally made his arrival on July 15 (Great day Aunt Meggie!) at 2:51pm! Zig and I got the chance to visit with the new Mommy and Daddy this week and we loved being with them! Caleb is such a sweet baby - I call him "my surfer" due to his full head of wavy blond hair! He is so precious and holding him made the fact that we will have our very own little one even more real! Caleb is already referred to as Brookie's future prom date, although we think we should probably keep them apart during their teenage years...we all know what those Noerr's are like! I can't wait until Brooke comes and Leah and I can spend lazy fall afternoons together while the rest of the world works! Hooray!
Brooke Mackenzie has been continuing to grow and make me bigger by the second! Her movements are becoming more of a pain - literally! I can tell she is getting bigger and stronger and having my placenta near my back is intensifying all of her kicks to the point of severe discomfort for Mommy!
We hit the 32 week mark today! I'm so excited about that! Every Friday, I'm able to cross off another week and see that we're getting closer and closer to this baby's grand entrance!
The nursery is finally complete!
The pictures that I've included are of every corner of her room! We are so happy with how it has turned out - all it needs is a beautiful little girl to make it complete!
Tomorrow is my BABY SHOWER! I'm so excited to see how everything turns out and I can't wait to visit with all of our family and friends! Nana and Aunt Meggie have worked so hard to make everything perfect for this day - and I'm so thankful for all that they've done already!
I'll be sure to post pictures and updates on the success of tomorrow's festivities!
Bye for now...
