Playdate!

Playdates began shortly after Brooke was born - with our very first visit at home from Leah and Caleb! They loved each other from the start!When Malaina was born, so was our tradition of getting together as much as possible to share our children and woes of 'mommy-hood.'

No matter which home we chose to play in, we couldn't get enough of watching these little people grow and learn so much!

All through the winter,

...and into the spring season, we were together!


....walking and talking, playing and sharing!

...becoming the best of friends...

The Mommies were shocked at our latest playdate last evening at McDonalds...to see how BIG our babies really are...

...and we were all just THRILLED to be together again!

3 years...

3 years ago today...

...I primped, prepared, and prayed...

...surrounded myself with the ones that I love most....

...giggled and cried, waited and watched...

...felt thankful for family...

...sat in amazement as all of my plans and dreams came true...

...soaked up every single second of happiness....

...threatened him within an inch of his life if he got any cake on my dress...

...danced to 'our song'... where the words finally had true meaning for our future...

...became part of new family traditions...

...but never let go of the old traditions...

...celebrated...

...sang and acted silly...

...fell madly in love with this man all over again...

...giggled a little more...

...thanked my parents for the most perfect wedding day I could have ever imagined...

3 years ago today, I married my very best friend.
