Donuts, Valentine's Day, Ice Cream, Birthdays, and the Basement.

One special Sunday, after a regular morning at church...

after Daddy headed to the fire house to watch the Super Bowl...

a sugary-sweet 2-year-old asked for 'donuts' for supper!

And for entertainment (to burn off the sugar rush!?)...puzzles and new books!

Brooke loves to help Mommy bake!

We shared lots of giggles as we made heart cookies...

and Valentine's Day cupcakes for Daddy!

Before church on Feb. 13, Brooke mastered the art of finger-paint hand prints for all of our loved ones at Maitland Church of the Brethren.

And as if cookies, cupcakes, and finger-paints weren't exciting enough...

ice cream and sprinkles will save the day!

Mommy turned 28 on the 17th!
I was so blessed this year to have special dinners with my family, and entire day's worth of celebration at IVMS.

After some rest and relaxation...

We all got to work on our basement organization project!

Brooke was the best helper!
After spending the entire day in the basement, Brooke attended her very first LIVE show! We went to see Miss Halle Jae perform in the Special Needs Center Lip Sync! Brooke sat as still as a statue on my lap for over 3 hours and never made a peep! We were so proud of her!
Also... I don't have any pictures from last evening, but we had the most wonderful night with Uncle Scub, Aunt Stephanie, Zoe and Marlee!
We loaded up in their brand new car (with all 3 girls fastened in the back seat!) and spent our evening in State College!
We had a blast at the Texas Roadhouse and then made a few shopping stops! The girls loved shopping together and even picked out a few special toys for the ride home!
Brooke loves her cousins and was sad when they dropped us off!
Thanks for an awesome night guys! We love you!
More soon!
